Beginning with being on the faculty of the University of California, Davis, through operating specialized food transport and distribution systems throughout the world, developing fresh-cut solutions with Green Giant Fresh, and onward to Director of Research for the Florida Department of Citrus, I have been involved in nutrition and food science my entire professional career.
